Five youth team players were selected for this fixture under the guidance of the new caretaker manager team of Ben Knight and Tom "Odgie" Davis.
This was always going to be a tough fixture but having taken the lead through a Lee Diamond header things were looking bright.
The Hammers rued several missed chances to at least come away with a point, and this proved costly in the end with Horsham running out 3-1 winners in the end.
